ACR 9000

Gemini GV6 Digital Servo Drive/Controller

Compumotor's new Gemini GV6 is a compact, low-cost, digital servo drive/controller. In addition to all of the drive features of the Gemini GV, the GV6 incorporates basic motion control and sequencing capabilities, allowing solutions for many distributed control applications. The Gemini GV6 is easily configured/ programmed via RS232/485 using Compumotor’s Motion Planner TM on a PC or Pocket Motion Planner TM on a Windows CE-based Palm PC. The Gemini GV6 also offers connectivity to several field buses including Profibus, Interbus, and SERCOS.*

Universal Multi-Axis Motion Controller - 6K

Compumotor's 6K Controller is a stand-alone motion controller built into one convenient package capable of solving basic to complex motion control applications including:  pick-and-place, packaging, following, and cam profiling.  The 6K utilizes Ethernet communications to allow high speed connections to many different products such as PLCs, HMI's, I/O modules and vision systems. The 6K is truly universal, providing industry standard +/- 10V or step-and-direction output, it is capable of controlling any combination of steppers and servos from 1 to 8 axes.

Small, Intelligent and Powerful Digital Servo Drives

Packing an exceptionally flexible controller and a 250/500 VA output stage into an ulta-compact case, the ViX is a truly intelligent servo drive. With its all-digital DC-powered design, the ViX is less expensive than comparable AC drives. It also allows for multiple-axes applications without the need for individual power supplies–another cost savings. Compumotor's ViX servo drives are suitable for a wide variety of single- and
multi-axis motion control applications, especially those demanding very high levels of dynamic performance; they can also be used as standalone drive/controllers in decentralized control schemes.

Designed for easy set-up and tuning, the ViX uses autoconfiguration software that enables users to implement a fully tuned system within fifteen minutes of unpacking the unit. Its small size–just 4.9 x 1.65 x 3.35 inches–makes it ideal for narrow applications and for direct-panel mounting, or for attachment to a standard DIN rail using optional adapter. The drives are available in power outputs of 2.5A RMS continuous and 5A RMS continuous.
